“ Dropped by for lunch and had the place to ourselves — looks like it’s more of a night spot. Still, the food was absolutely delicious. We had the ginataang adobo and shrimp curry—both rich, flavorful, and packed with umami. Definitely a must-try! ”
“ Loved this place. We were here 2 nights ago. The sisig was buttery and flavorful. Their chicken adobo was tender and fall off the bone, with a rich and pronounced coconut milk flavor - I could have eaten a bowl of rice with the sauce alone! This is the best food I've had in Coron by far. The ladies running the place were also all super sweet and friendly. Filipino food is actually a little difficult to find in town, as many restaurants feature pan-western dishes instead. I would consider Umamikusina a must-try when in town! ”

The seafood noodles was great by the homemade noodles itself, but it was a bit too salty for us though the ingredients were very fresh. We came early so we got served early (others might have to wait for a while). But it is worth! ”
